Survey Results

From 1998 to 2009, Lumpfish Solutions was an environmental and computer consulting business called Lumpfish Designs. Since then, the focus has changed to GIS and marketing materials of many kinds providing a wide variety of consulting services as well as solutions for your organization. As such, the image of the company was expected to change with this new focus.

Since the Lumpfish name was already branded with existing clientele, the final decision came down to replacing "Designs" with either "Solutions" or "Consulting". Lumpfish turned to friends, colleagues, clients and the competition to determine which company name that best fit the type of work of this new focus.

Those polled overwhelmingly felt that Lumpfish provides solutions more than consulting.

With over 50 people surveyed, it was clear that Lumpfish Solutions is the name that best fits this new focus. A very special thank you to all who took the time to provide input, guidance and more. This was an enjoyable experience for me.
